- 2 oz. Rye Whiskey
- 1/2 oz. Cognac
- 1/4 oz. Simple syrup
- 3 to 4 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Absinthe for Glass Rinse
Garnish

Method

- Add a splash of Absinthe to a rocks glass, coupe, or Nick & Nora glass and coat glass well
- Discard any excess
- Add Rye whiskey, Cognac, simple syrup and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice
- Stir until well-chilled
- Strain into prepared cocktail glass
- Garnish with lemon twist
