An Aperol Spritz is a popular Italian apéritif that has been enjoyed for decades. It’s a refreshing and citrusy cocktail that’s perfect for sipping during hot summer days. The vibrant orange hue of Aperol is combined with sparkling wine and soda water, creating a lightly bitter and sweet flavor that’s invigorating.

The drink is typically served over ice in a stemmed glass, often garnished with an orange slice. The Aperol Spritz is easy to drink, low in alcohol and can be enjoyed on its own or pairs well with light snacks such as olives, nuts or finger foods. With its effortless sophistication and refreshing taste, it’s no wonder that the Aperol Spritz has become one of the most popular cocktails globally.
