The Befana is a variation of the classic Negroni cocktail that uses mezcal instead of gin. It is a smoky and complex cocktail that is perfect for mezcal lovers.

The result is a bold and smoky cocktail that is balanced out by the bitterness of the Campari and the sweetness of the vermouth. The orange peel garnish adds a citrusy note that complements the other flavors in the cocktail.
