Boulevardier

A classic Boulevardier cocktail made with bourbon, sweet vermouth, and Campari. A spirit-forward, bittersweet drink.

Ingredients
  • 1 oz bourbon

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • 1 oz Campari

  • Orange peel, for garnish

  • Ice

Method
  1. Add the bourbon, sweet vermouth, and Campari to a mixing glass filled with ice.

  2. Stir until well chilled and properly diluted, about 20–30 seconds.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

  4. Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink, rub along the rim, and place it in the glass.
