Ingredients
- 1½ oz gin
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2 oz champagne
- Lemon twist
- Ice
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into a champagne flute.
- Top with champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
