The Oaxaca Martini is a modern twist on the classic martini cocktail that features the addition of smoky mezcal, a spirit made from the agave plant that is traditionally produced in the Oaxaca region of Mexico. The cocktail also typically includes dry vermouth and orange bitters, along with a garnish of either a twist of lime or a slice of jalapeño pepper.

The Oaxaca Martini is a great choice for those who enjoy a classic martini but are looking for a more complex and flavorful twist. The smoky mezcal adds depth and complexity to the drink, while the dry vermouth and orange bitters help to balance out the flavors.
