A Ranch Water is a refreshing cocktail that originated in West Texas and has gained popularity in recent years. It is made with commonly available ingredients such as tequila, lime juice, and sparkling water. Its name is derived from the fact that it was commonly consumed on ranches in West Texas.

The cocktail is known for its refreshing taste and crisp finish, making it perfect for hot summer days or any occasion that calls for a thirst-quenching beverage. Ranch Water’s popularity has spread beyond Texas and has become a go-to drink for many cocktail enthusiasts across the country.

Ingredients

      • 2 oz. Blanco Tequila
      • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime juice
      • Topo Chico

    Garnish

        • Lime wedge
        • Tajin or Salt (optional)

      Method

          1. Add Tequila and Lime juice to a large rocks glass, Collins, or highball glass filled with ice
          2. Top with Topo Chico
          3. Garnish with lime wedge

        *Can also add Tequila and lime juice to a bottle of Topo Chico, if preferred. Pour out or drink 2 ounces of Topo Chico to make room for tequila*
