Mojito

The Classic Mojito is a refreshing Cuban cocktail made with white rum, fresh mint, lime juice, sugar, and soda water. Crisp, bright, and perfectly balanced.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz white rum

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • ¾ oz simple syrup

  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves

  • Club soda, to top

  • Ice

  • Mint sprig and lime wheel, for garnish

Method
  1. Add the mint leaves and simple syrup to a highball glass. Gently muddle to release the mint’s aroma (do not shred).

  2. Add the fresh lime juice and white rum.

  3. Fill the glass with ice and stir briefly to combine.

  4. Top with club soda and give a gentle stir.

  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel before serving.
