Paloma

The Paloma is a bright, citrus-forward tequila cocktail made with grapefruit and lime, served over ice in a salted rocks glass.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz tequila (blanco)

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • 3–4 oz grapefruit soda

  • Grapefruit slice, for garnish

  • Tajin or Salt, for rim

  • Ice

Method
  1. Rim a rocks glass with salt, if desired.

  2. Fill the glass with ice.

  3. Add the tequila and fresh lime juice.

  4. Top with grapefruit soda and gently stir to combine.

  5. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and serve.
