Ingredients
2 oz gin
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz blueberry syrup
¼ oz ginger syrup
1 egg white (or aquafaba)
Ice
Method
Add gin, lemon juice, blueberry syrup, ginger syrup, and egg white to a shaker.
Dry shake (without ice) for about 10 seconds to build foam.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
Garnish with blueberries and a thin slice of fresh ginger.
