Mojito

A Mojito is a refreshing and light cocktail that’s perfect for summer days or any occasion that calls for a limited edition drink. The cocktail originated in Cuba and has since become a popular drink the world over.

The Mojito is both sweet and tangy, making it an excellent drink to sip while basking in the sun. This classic cocktail is easy to make and perfect for any cocktail party or casual get-together, and it pairs well with any light snacks or finger food.

Ingredients

      • 6 to 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
      • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup 
      • 2 oz. White Rum
      • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice 
      • Club Soda

    Garnish

        • Lime Wheel
        • Mint Sprig

      Method

          1. Add mint and simple syrup to a shaker and muddle for about 5 to 10 seconds
          2. Then add ice, rum and lime juice and shake well
          3. Pour into a tall cocktail glass or Collins glass
          4. Top with club soda
          5. Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig
